Re-Directions Counseling & Psychotherapy

Re-Directions: Rediscover your path. Reclaim your authentic self.

A Place to Begin

I invite you to reconnect with yourself and actively embrace a new direction—shaping your path toward awareness, growth, and healing in mind, body, and heart.

Maybe you’ve been wondering what it would be like to talk with someone—someone who listens deeply, holds space with openness and curiosity, and offers a grounded, thoughtful perspective on your journey. While a therapist can never know you better than you know yourself, there is something profoundly healing about being witnessed and exploring your experience with
supportive, collaborative guidance.

Although we can’t rewrite the past, we can work together to better understand it, heal from it, and navigate the challenges you’re facing today. As a psychotherapist, I help individuals recognize patterns and beliefs that may have once served them but now limit their ability to live authentically and fully.

I take an integrative, holistic mind–body approach, supporting clients in building awareness, exploring emotions and experiences, and developing skills to foster resilience and personal
growth. This work helps create lasting shifts in mind, body, and heart.

My practice is called Re-Directions because we all encounter moments when a gentle shift, a fresh perspective, or collaborative support can help us move forward on our own path. With curiosity, compassion, and partnership, I work alongside clients to build on their strengths and
foster meaningful growth, healing, and renewal.

When you’re ready, I invite you to take the next step. Let’s connect—call or email me to schedule an appointment.

Warmy,

Lenora
