Please call to discuss current session rates.
While I do not participate with any insurance panels other than Medicare, I can provide you with an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, we are required to notify all healthcare consumers of your Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing”.
This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by a non-participating provider and provide options to receive care from an in-network provider if one is available.
Additionally, we are required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services for the duration of treatment. It is difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental health care, but once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive our best estimate and a copy of our current fee schedule.
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis. Please discuss this with your provider.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. We use a HIPAA compliant platform for all credit card payments.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
